Africa is the world’s second-largest and second-most populous continent. It covers about 6% of Earth’s total surface area and about 20% of its land area. With 1.3 billion people as of 2018, it accounts for about 16% of the world’s human population.

Africa which is widely accepted to be the origin of humanity, boasts of an adventurous landscape which any fun lover would definitely want to explore.

Here is a list of 5 African countries you should visit in 2020.

1. Egypt

Ever heard of the Pyramids of Giza that is guarded by the Great Sphinx? Or perhaps you’d want to see the Valley of the Kings and Abu Simbel Temple.

Egypt has lots and lots  of tourist sites that would leave you mesmerized, from the Pyramids of Giza to Abu Simbel, from the white Desert to the Siwa Oasis, Egypt will make you fall in love with her.

2. Rwanda

Don’t think the Rwandan government were over playing it when they paid a whooping
£30 million for their name to be on Arsenal’s sleeve. Rwanda has got the right content to keep you wishing you were a citizen.

When you visit Rwanda, which I am sure you will, don’t forget to visit the Volcano National Park, Nyungwe National Park, Kimironko Market and the Twin Lakes.

3. Seychelles

This one is for the beach lovers. Seychelles will definitely leave you stunned with her wonderful sea life and Amazon-like ambiance.

Most times when I sleep I see myself in Anse Intendance – Mahé, Morne Seychellois National Park and the Anse Lazio, Praslin.

4. Tanzania

For those of you who doesn’t know it, Tanzania is home to Africa’s highest peak – Mount Kilimanjaro and Mafia Island (that Island that looks like the one in Pirates of the Caribbean)

People who visit Tanzania always come back with tales of lions and elephants. I’m sure you will too.

5. Madagascar

I have intentionally saved the best for the last. Madagascar is where you want to be after a stressful 365 days.

Forgetting the fact that Madagascar once had a mad queen, Queen Ranavalona who fought against European control during her 33-year rule, Madagascar would let you bask in her Avenue of the Baobabs and make you feel like a Caribbean lord in her Ile Sainte Marie.

Which of these countries would you like to visit first, let us know in the comments section.
